NoTW For November 30, 2015

Today is the last day of November...that means for those of us that celebrate Christmas we have exactly 25 days left until Christmas Day!  And that also means it is only 31 days until the first day of 2016, crazy isn't it?!  I don't know where the year went, or if I am getting older and that makes time go more quickly, but I for one can not beleive that there is only 31 days left to this year.  Enough of talking about the year almost being at an end!

For this weeks NoTW I was able to get to CosmoProf to pick up another shade of the CND VInylux.  I wanted something kind of mid-tone, as I have already tried a pastel Winter Glow) and a dark one (Tinted Love).  I thought I had picked one but it is not, it is however a great Nude!!  And I think will make a great base for nail art.  I picked up Svelte Suede #124 thinking it would be somewhere between the other 2 colours, I was a little wrong!  In my defence I am partial to these types of shades!  Svelte Suede is described as a stone/taupe/greige/tan?  For me its a near perfect nude that I can see me getting more wear out of.  I beleive that Svelte Suede is part of the regular collection so it should be available wherever you get CND VInylux, which by the way I have found on Nail Polish Canada!

Last weeks NoTW, Nina Ultra Pro-Never Glum Plum with CND Vinylux Top Coat, didn't fair very well at all.  I guess that the CND inylux Top Coat really does work better with CND VInylux polishes.  I had quite a far share of tip wear and actually had a chip out of my ring finger that wasn't just the polish.  When I took the polish off this morning the top few layers of my nail came off with that nail polish chip!  i have not had that happen before.  Due to the poor wear I got when trying out the CND Vinylux Top Coat with regular polish, I don't think I will give that a try again!

I am thinking that for the month of December I will do some form of CHristmas/Winter nail art for each week, hopefully anyway!  Do you do anything special for your nails during the Holiday season?  Weat red polish?  Nail Art? Glitter?!  Let me know if there is anything inparticular you would like to see me attempt for the month of December.

Just a quick reminder that today is the last day to enter my 1 year blogging anniversary giveaway!  I will be drawing the name tomorrow!  Good Luck and thanks for stopping by.
