Another busy week has gone and I don't feel like I accomplished much! We are still working away at the third level our house, hoping to get it done before Christmas! I can't believe how quickly this year has been going. We have gotten the walls patched, new back door, and half of the new sub floor down as well as the ceiling drywalled in the mudroom down here. Hopefully by the end of next week the sub floor is done and the walls drywalled so I can get to painting, than we can get the carpeting installed. I am anxious to get it done as once its done I get the office for my own! I can't wait! As you may have seen in Saturday's post I am trying to organize my beauty products so that A) I know what I have and B) hopefully won't buy the same thing! My first project was my nail polish, I am quite happy with were I am with that. I am hoping to get through maybe blush and lips this week!
For this weeks NoTW I thought to bust out a more fall appropriate color as it is really beginning to feel like it out there! My favourite seasons are Fall and Spring, I have said before 20C makes me happy! I decided to use OPI 'Cement The Deal' from the 50 Shades of Grey collection that came out in January of this year. Cement The Deal is a light grey creme polish and had full opacity in 2 coats. Cement The Deal is the only full size that I picked up from this set, I have nothing quite like it and it has a great formula. I used my usual base, top coat and 2 coats of polish.
Last weeks NoTW, Morgan Taylor 'Cancan We Dance', lasts as well as I have come to expect from Morgan Taylor. Minimal tip wear as usual. I have found a website were you can buy Morgan Taylor finally! I think the price is fairly reasonable, especially for the quality of this brands polish. They retail for between $6.50 and $9.10 CAD for a single polish and it looks like they may have some sets as well! The website is Canada Beauty Supply and is based in Mississauga, they also have a store front that is open. I have not ordered anything from them so I am not sure on delivery and such. I was just so excited that I finally found some place that has it available to non professionals! Let me know if any of you get a chance to try out Morgan Taylor!
