Wow, I can't believe its September! My son goes back to school tomorrow and he is not impressed about it. I guess when you are 16 there are far better things to do than go to school, like plating video games. I am looking forward to the cooler weather coming soon, I like summer but I don't like it when you can barely go outside. It seemed like this summer was one extreme to another, either Really hot with high humidity or fairly cool were you could almost wear pants and be comfortable. Fall and Spring are my favourite time of year, I like the temperature to be between 15-20C.
For my nails this week I thought I would do a Morgan Taylor polish again, shocking I know. I have been looking around and it looks like this brand is still only available at CosmoProf :(. I hope that soon it will be available for the general public, it truly is a great polish that I have not been disappointed in yet. I choose to use 'Cancan We Dance?' from the 'Ooh La La' collection I gave you a peek at in May. CanCan We Dance is a peachy pink with micro glitter that I think is great for the Summer weather we have been having. As always I used Sephora Formula X base and Seche Vite top coat. I really need to get some thinner for the Seche Vite, it is getting fairly thick now.
My NoTW from August 31 lasted great. On my nails it stayed blue pretty much all the time, I wish it would have went to pruple more. I liked the purple color more than the blue, the blue seemed a little to bright for me. The only way I really got it to change color was if i put my hands in cold water or ran an ice cube over them. Beyond The Nail has become a brand that I think I may have to pick more up from, they carry so many different kinds of polish, not the same colors with different names that a few other brands have done. Not to mention it is a Canadian company!
Have you seen Morgan Taylor polish anywhere besides a Beauty Supple store? If you have I would love to know where! Hope you have a great week and I have a peek into my stash coming up this week as I start to get my list ready for Imats Toronto, only 3 weeks to go!
